These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all access to and use of the pkzz platform, including the pkzz website, mobile interface, gaming products, payment services, and all associated features accessible at pkzz.bid. By creating a pkzz account or using any part of the pkzz platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

pkzz is strictly for players aged 21 and above. CNIC-based age verification is mandatory for all accounts. Underage gaming is prohibited under these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player is permitted one pkzz account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason — violate these Terms. pkzz reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances held within them pending investigation.
All pkzz accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. pkzz does not apply currency conversion fees. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification completion.
pkzz operates under a valid international gaming license. This license imposes binding obligations on pkzz including player fund segregation, independent game certification, responsible gaming requirements, and anti-money-laundering compliance.

pkzz reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via SMS or the account dashboard. Continued use of pkzz after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Important: If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must not register a pkzz account and must immediately cease using the pkzz Platform. Continuing to use pkzz after a Terms amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
pkzz reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material, pkzz will provide notice to registered Players via the registered mobile number or the in-platform notification system at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Minor amendments — including corrections, clarifications, and administrative updates — may take effect immediately upon publication.
Access to pkzz Gaming Products is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is a condition of pkzz's international gaming license and is non-negotiable. pkzz enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC-based identity verification conducted during the registration process and prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
Zero Tolerance for Underage Gaming: Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their pkzz account immediately and permanently closed. Any balance — including both real-money funds deposited by the Player and any bonus funds — will be forfeited pending investigation. pkzz may report underage gaming attempts to relevant authorities where required by its licensing obligations.
pkzz's services are targeted at Pakistani players. Players must ensure that accessing pkzz's Gaming Products is not prohibited under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction of residence. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine the legality of using pkzz in their specific jurisdiction before registering or depositing. pkzz makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
pkzz requires all Players to complete the KYC verification process before withdrawal rights are activated. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC. pkzz may request additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — at any time, including as part of enhanced due diligence for high-volume accounts or accounts flagged under pkzz's AML monitoring programme.
pkzz reserves the right to suspend an account pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pkzz may result in account closure and, where required by law, referral of the account file to the relevant regulatory authority.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) pkzz account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different mobile numbers or CNICs — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. pkzz employs technical and administrative controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkzz reserves the right to:
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update their account information promptly when any details change. Providing false information — including false age, false name, false CNIC, or false mobile number — is a material breach of this Agreement and may constitute fraud under applicable law. pkzz bears no liability for consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their pkzz login credentials, including their password and any OTP codes received. Players must not share login credentials with any third party. pkzz will never ask a Player to disclose their password. Players must notify pkzz immediately at [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access to or use of their account. pkzz accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pkzz may charge an administrative fee on inactive account balances after giving the Player written notice via their registered mobile number. Details of the applicable inactivity fee schedule are available in the pkzz FAQ.
pkzz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast / 1LINK, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. pkzz reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. All transactions are processed in PKR.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are published in the pkzz account cashier section. pkzz reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice. Enhanced transaction limits may be applied to accounts pending completion of KYC verification.
Withdrawal requests submitted to pkzz are processed as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are targeted for processing within fifteen (15) minutes of request confirmation for verified accounts during standard processing hours. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times are targets, not guarantees. pkzz accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system downtime.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund the pkzz account and must be in the Player's own name. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. pkzz reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence. Withdrawal requests made while a Player's account is under investigation will be held until the investigation is resolved.
Players may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits using payment methods registered to third parties — including family members — are prohibited. pkzz reserves the right to void winnings and return the original deposit only if it determines that funds were sourced from a third-party payment method.

Each Gaming Product available on pkzz is governed by product-specific rules in addition to this Agreement. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail unless the product-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
All sports bets placed on pkzz are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pkzz reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were displayed in error due to a technical malfunction or data feed error. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered, pkzz will settle outstanding bets in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules published in the betting interface. pkzz's decision on bet settlement is final in all cases not subject to a formal dispute process.
In-play betting markets on pkzz are subject to rapid odds changes. pkzz reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during periods of uncertainty around match events. Bets accepted on suspended markets prior to the suspension taking effect will be settled at the odds at which they were confirmed. pkzz accepts no liability for connectivity issues that prevent a Player from placing or cancelling an in-play bet.
All casino games and random-outcome games on pkzz — including slots, live casino, Hi-Lo, and Ocean Lord — use certified random number generation. Game outcomes are determined at the point of each game round and cannot be altered after the round commences. pkzz will not reverse game outcomes except where a verified technical malfunction is confirmed to have affected the result. In such cases, pkzz's determination of the correct settlement is final.
pkzz reserves the right to decline or limit any bet placed on the pkzz Platform without providing a reason. This includes the right to impose individual bet limits, market limits, or account-level stake restrictions on any Player at any time. Players who believe they have been unfairly restricted may contact pkzz support for a review, however pkzz's operational betting limits decisions are at its sole discretion.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on pkzz are subject to specific bonus terms which will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and this Agreement, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the bonus terms at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements vary and are published in the relevant bonus terms.
pkzz takes a firm position against bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus terms. Where pkzz determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, pkzz reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the Player's account.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered through within the expiry period stated in the applicable bonus terms will be automatically forfeited. pkzz will not reinstate expired Bonus Funds under any circumstances. It is the Player's responsibility to review and be aware of the expiry date applicable to any Bonus Funds in their account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkzz Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:
pkzz actively monitors for prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, pkzz reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all bets and gaming activity during the period of prohibited conduct, withhold and/or reclaim any winnings derived from prohibited conduct, and refer the matter to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities where required.
pkzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. pkzz acknowledges that a minority of players may develop problems with gambling and that its platform, by its nature, has the potential to contribute to such harm if safeguards are not in place and actively used.
pkzz provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from within the account settings without requiring support contact:

All intellectual property rights in and to the pkzz Platform — including but not limited to the pkzz brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and database compilations — are owned by or licensed to pkzz. Nothing in this Agreement confers on any Player any right, title, or interest in any pkzz intellectual property.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkzz Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to:
Unauthorised use of pkzz's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, and pkzz reserves all rights and remedies in this regard.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkzz's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the pkzz Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
In no event shall pkzz be liable for:
Gambling is inherently uncertain. The outcome of bets placed and games played on pkzz is not guaranteed. pkzz bears no liability for the loss of funds arising from gambling activity on the Platform, provided the relevant Gaming Products are operated in accordance with their published rules.
pkzz reserves the right to suspend a Player's account — with or without prior notice — where pkzz reasonably suspects or determines that the Player has engaged in any Restricted Activity, there is a pending KYC, compliance, or investigation matter, the account has been flagged under pkzz's AML monitoring programme, a regulatory or law enforcement authority has requested the account be frozen, or the Player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute.
pkzz may permanently close a Player's account — with or without prior notice — where the Player has materially breached any provision of this Agreement, the KYC process has not been satisfactorily completed within a reasonable timeframe, the Player is found to be under 21 years of age, or pkzz determines that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
Players may close their pkzz account at any time by contacting pkzz support at [email protected]. On receipt of a valid closure request, pkzz will process any remaining withdrawable balance to the Player's last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and withdrawal processing times. Bonus Funds not yet made withdrawable through wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
Any Player who has a complaint or dispute regarding their pkzz account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of their experience with pkzz must first raise the matter with pkzz's customer support team at [email protected]. Players should provide: a clear description of the complaint, the relevant account details, any supporting evidence (including screenshots where applicable), and the specific resolution sought.
pkzz will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days. Complex complaints may take longer to investigate. pkzz will keep the Player informed of progress where resolution requires additional time.
Where a Player is not satisfied with pkzz's internal resolution of a complaint, the matter may be escalated to pkzz's licensing authority in accordance with that authority's published complaint escalation procedures. Details of the applicable licensing authority and escalation process are available from pkzz support upon request.
Any complaint or dispute arising from a bet, game round, or transaction on pkzz must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. pkzz will not consider complaints or disputes raised after this period has elapsed, save in exceptional circumstances at pkzz's sole discretion.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkzz holds its international gaming license. To the extent that any provision of this Agreement is found to be inconsistent with the mandatory consumer protection laws of a Player's jurisdiction of residence, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to bring it into compliance, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
pkzz and each Player agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the pkzz licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13 above.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between pkzz and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.
